Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of products from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund. Please review the following refund policy carefully:

  1. Refunds are available for up to 7 days after the purchase date.
  2. We only accept refund if the jersey is defective, not as described, or if you can prove the jersey is not legit. 
  3. For online purchase only, we can accept refund if the jersey doesn't fit
  4. If you believe that your jersey is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the jersey. We may request that you provide photos or other evidence of the defect.
  5. Shipping costs for the original purchase and for the return of the product are not refundable.
  6. Refunds will be issued as store credit/exchange unless for defective item.
  7. If your jersey was purchased as part of a bundle or set, we will only accept returns of the entire bundle or set. We will not accept returns of individual items within a bundle or set.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the jersey has been intentionally damaged, abused or misused.

  9. Return Logistics & Refund Processing:

    • Physical Return Required: A refund or store credit will only be processed after the returned jersey has been physically received at our designated facility and has successfully passed our quality inspection. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued based solely on a return request, tracking submission, or shipment initiation.

    • Mandatory Tracking Information: The customer is strictly required to provide a valid shipping tracking number and a clear copy of the shipping receipt via our customer service channel.

    • Risk of Loss: The customer retains full responsibility for the item until it is delivered to us. We are not liable for return packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit. If a return package fails to reach our facility, the refund request will be automatically denied.
